One area that I’ve been able to assist people with is boarding house loans.
It is one specific type of commercial property lending, but differs mainly due to the income not being from a fixed lease nor like a motel, an air BnB or investment property. Boarding houses are different in many ways and require someone with specific knowledge to help arrange the finance.
This is an area that I have now done quite a lot of finance for, and because of this people now claim that I am the expert in boarding house loans.
